SATURDAY: How to regain consciousness and become free from six states of Life’s Limbo

Bardo is a Tibetan word which generally refers to a state of limbo of ‘unconscious consciousness’. Bardo is not just the intermediate state after death and before rebirth; there are many states of limbo or Bardo of life, dream, career, meditation, death etc.

One is often in life-limbo and get stuck in indecision and become unaware that all things are transient and nothing is real. We desire things to be real even in dreams. We think we are high in some meditative states while in others we may feel flat, even living human bardo beings are unaware that they are unconscious and tend to hold onto the past and its objects of attachments and aversion as real.

The dead (human and pets) bardo being is unconscious of its death and holds onto their past life and its objects of attachment and aversion as real.

In this special teaching, one will learn about how to become conscious when one in life, death, dream and meditation plunge into unconscious states and make numerous mistakes.

SUNDAY: 7-Stacked Healing Medicine Buddha

Healing Medicine Buddha is a famous practice the Buddha taught to help his bed ridden monks to do self healing through special visualisation and mantra recitation. 

Rinpoche will bestow the empowerment, give teachings and lead in the special healing meditation practices throughout the day. This is recommended for all people with health issues, prolonged illnesses and chronic diseases.
