TIME: 6 pm – 7:00 pm Tuesday 22/03/22 and same time each Tuesday for the following 7 weeks.

VENUE: ACT FOR KIDS BUILDING, JCU WESTERN CAMPUS (Directions below.)

MANDATORY: That all people using ACT FOR KIDS BUILDING are double vaxed.

 Enter JCU through the MAIN ENTRANCE from Angus Smith Drive

Turn  right at BUCHAN ROAD. (about 100m from main entrance)

(See Football field on right, then swimming pool on right.)
 Follow this till you get to a ‘Give Way’ sign at intersection of
 Buchan Rd and  Endeavour Road.
 At GIVE Way sign Continue straight ahead across Endeavour Road and the Act for Kids
 building is immediately on the left. BUILDING 245 ON MAP.

Calm Abiding Meditation and Mindfulness can help to deal with stresses of every-day life, certainly needed in these times!

The course is based on Buddhist principles of meditation and mindfulness, but is open to people of all faiths or no faith.

It is suitable for beginner meditators or those  more experienced .

Sitting posture, various breathing techniques and mind control will be covered.

I have been facilitating Meditation classes since 2006.

This meditation course is designed by Tibetan born, Lama Choedak Rinpoche, who has been teaching in the West for over 30 years. look forward to hearing from you.
