This four-week guided meditation course can help to calm your mind, refocus, and develop mindfulness from the comfort of your own home.
Starts Tuesday 11th August, at 7pm for only 40 minutes.
Runs over four Tuesdays and costs only $40 for the full four weeks (or $30 for members).
